Great round-up thanks a lot! One advice: I was wondering why the images where loading a bit slowly and I looking closer I can see that they are nearly uncompressed pngs that could easily be with a factor 10. fx. last image is 330kb and I just tried it can be converted into a jpeg with minimum visible loss at about 25kb

@Naren: Did you try to add transparency to the image before saving or exporting. You can preserve transparency with PNG and GIF but need to actively do it (or kind of depends on tooling being used)

This is a good collection. However, whenever I try to customize a icon set to suit my blog design, I end up getting uneven whitespaces around the icons. Also, when I edit and save png icons, they lose their transparency. Is there an editor to solve these petty, yet nagging problems?
